Chris’s expertise is in the financial, contractual and legal aspects of project delivery, encompassing all types of procurement, construction, engineering, maintenance and other service contracts.

He has exceptional contract drafting, negotiation and management skills across the full range of project delivery methods, including build only, design and build, construction management, fixed and variable price, cost plus incentive or fixed fee, performance incentive, build own operate and collaborative alliance style contracting methods.
